نستعين بالله ونخش على عنوان The Value Creation Process من هوك ص 50
.
طبعا الvalue creation process دي هي مركز الintegrated reporting فالليلة دي كلها زي ما قلنا هدفها :
.
communicate how an organization creates value over time.
.
.
والvalue creation process مش في عالم مغلق…………..لأ
.
دي متأثرة بكلا من:
.
organization’s external environment, its governance, and its business model
.
طبعا الكلام ده عشان سيادتك تعرف تبلعه لازم تفهم الاتي وخلي رسمة هوك قصادك:

في الرسمة على الشمال هتلاقي الsix capitals بتوعنا اللي بيمثلو الresources بتاعتنا .
.
طبعا الsix capitals are integral to the value creation process
.
بكل بساطة الprocess هتاخد الsix capitals وهتستخدمهم من خلال الbusiness model بتاع الشركة عشان خاطر تخلق inputs

أهي المدخلات دي هتحول من خلال انشطة الشركة لخلق outputs تدينا الdesired outcomes
.
طيب اقرأ كلام ويلي بتركيز كدة:

These six capitals are integral to the value creation process.
The process takes the six capitals and uses them throughout the firm’s business model to create inputs that are transformed
through the business activities to create outputs that provide desired outcomes.

بس هنا قلة الخبرة ممكن تأثر على تصور الموضوع خصوصا لو الواحد مش متبادر لذهنه يعني ايه اصلا business model
.
بص يا سيدي الbusiness model لاي شركة هو الsystem بتاعها لاستخدام الbusiness activities اللي بيها بنحول الinputs لoutputs
.
عامة التعريفات جاية معانا قدام

طيب ويلي بيقولك:

1. The diagram begins on the left-hand side with the six capitals.
The six capitals come together in the center of the diagram into the organization’s business model.

يعني المدخلات هتستخدم من خلال الbusiness model بتاع الشركة
.
و:
.
The business model takes inputs, performs business activities, generates outputs, and creates outcomes. .
.
أهو الbusiness model ده هياخد المدخلات دي وينزل عليها انشتطه هيطلع مخرجات ونتائج
.
روح بقى بص على اليمين:
.
The right-hand side of the diagram again illustrates the six capitals,
but now the colorization, or shading, of each capital is darker or bolder, to reflect improvement or enhancement.

طبعا واضح ان الsix capitals الوانهم اختلفت باثر شغل الشركة عليهم.

هوك بيأكد على الكلام ده بيقول:
.
An organization’s business
model draws on various capitals as inputs and, through its business activities, converts the inputs to outputs.
.
يعني الbusiness model بتاع الشركة هيلم كل المدخلات وينزل عليهم انشطة الشركة عشان يحول المدخلات لمخرجات.
.
طبعا الoutputs هي منتجات الشركة او خدماتها واي by-products, and waste
.
طبعا انشطة الشركة مع مخرجاتها ومنتجاتها هيطلوعلنا outcomes اللي هي الeffects on the capitals
.
بمعنى ان الoutcomes are transformed capitals اللي هتبقى مدخلات من تاني
.

يبقى معانا حبة resources اللي هما الcapitals بتوعنا هيعتبروا inputs للشركة اللي ليها business model معين بتشتغل بيه

الbusiness model ده اصلا بينبع من الmission and vision بتاعت الشركة

والbusiness model ده بيحدد المجموعة من الbusiness activities اللي الشركة هتحول بيها المدخلات لمخرجات وتطلع لينا outcomes, معينة

الليلة دي من Value Creation طبعا متأثرة بexternal environment, its governance, and its business model
.
المهم بعد الكلمتين الصغيرين دول مؤكد وبديهي اننا لازم نلاقي جوة الintegrated report بتاعنا insights عن تأثير الexternal environment

ليه بنقول كدة؟
.
لان:
Value creation is also impacted by the external environment,
which includes the economy, changing technology, environmental issues, and societal issues
.
ونلاقي جوة التقرير كمان الresources اما دخلت وازاي اتأثرت
.
وازاي الشركة بتتفاعل مع الexternal environment مع الستة capitals من أجل خلق قيمة على الshort, medium, and long term
.
